Caravan holiday homes are creatively designed with all home comforts as part of the package. Wall-to-wall carpeting; fitted wardrobes; kitchen units and cookers; showers and toilets are all standard. Fridges, microwaves, Central Heating and Double Glazing are available in most models.

Twenty-seven acres of outstanding beauty have been expertly landscaped including the planting of thousands of trees.
Hawthorn Farm is situated in the pretty village of Martin Mill. The village boasts quiet peaceful walks, a typical village pub and its own railway station, making it also ideal for the holiday home owner without his or her own transport. Hawthorn has a small shop and café for your convenience.
Hawthorn Farm was the inaugural winner of the Hoverspeed "Welcome to Kent" Best Caravan Park Award.

Little Satmar is a quiet peaceful park covering an area of 10 acres. A short walk will take you to beautiful cliff top paths with splendid views across the English Channel, and sandy beaches below.
Little Satmar is designed for owners and their families to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the bustle of suburban life. As with all Keat Farm Parks no sub-letting is permitted.
Extensive planting and landscaping provides open spaces and garden areas that are maintained to the highest standard.
A park shop stocks most of your holiday requirements from LP Gas to groceries. Our reception office also doubles as an information centre for the many local attractions including trips to France.

Quex Caravan Park

Quex Caravan Park is only two miles from Minnis Bay, an ideal setting for your holiday home and excellent base from which to visit the East of our lovely county.
The park is level and partly wooded. A grocery shop and small café, as well as laundry facilities are provided for your convenience and remember Quex Park is only 15 minutes from magnificent sandy beaches and harbour.

Keat Farm lies in the village of Hillborough, two miles east of Herne Bay.
It is the smallest of our holiday parks which is situated in this former orchard, where the company was first founded in 1953. This park will be under going major redevelopment in 2009.
