05.04.2017 - Holiday Parks Touring Parks
It will soon be Easter and if you haven’t already made plans why not spend a few days on one of our holiday and touring parks in Kent.
On Easter Sunday Little Satmar will be holding an Easter bonnet contest, a chance for you to get creative. There will also be an Easter egg hunt, a colouring competition and in keeping with the parks Honey Bee Friendly status a chance to ‘plant a pot for pollinators’.
Hawthorn Farm’s cafe will be hosting several events over the Easter weekend. On the Saturday evening there will be a quiz and on the Sunday night, bingo. Both events are in aid of the Kent Air Ambulance. Sunday roast lunches will also be served in the cafe but make sure you book to avoid disappointment! If you are around Easter Sunday morning why not join in the Nature Trail Scavenger Hunt. There will be Easter goodies as prizes plus an egg and spoon race to follow.
Quex Holiday Park is holding a ‘design your own Easter egg’ drawing competition with the winners of the 3 age groups to be announced Easter Sunday morning. You can also take a guess at how many eggs are in the jar, just for a small charge all of which goes to charity. Sunday afternoon sees the return of the popular quiz, which has already sold out but you could always pop along for a hot dog or burger, available from the BBQ between 3pm and 5.30 pm.
If you would like further details on any of the above or wish to make a booking please contact the relevant park directly (contact details available on our website).
Whatever your plans we hope you have a very Happy Easter!
