The essential camping guide for your trip – here is the complete camping checklist to help you plan and prepare your trip including everything from camping equipment, camping essentials and camping accessories. Try to pack light, depending on your mode of transport and the layout of the site, especially if you will be carrying everything yourself!
Here is a list of camping essentials;
General
Cleaning
Food & Drink
Always check the amenities and location of where you are staying beforehand. There is a convenient shop at each of our parks and local shops nearby should you need it. However, if you are taking all your own food, it is best to take easy-to-cook food;
Also – don’t forget a cooler box and ice! Some sites may have on-site fridges but these could get full quickly, or be too far from your tent. Keat Farm sites offer ice pack freezing to ensure your food is kept cool, but we recommend bringing your own cooling storage, just speak to one of our friendly staff on arrival. Please note, Quex Park only accommodates caravans and motor homes. For camping, please visit Hawthorn Farm or Little Satmar.
