Head to one of Kent’s Wildlife Parks, the perfect outing for the entire family and your little ones will be immersed into an adventure of discovery.
Kent has three major wild animal parks: Howletts Wild Animal Park, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and Wingham Wildlife Park.
Each of these parks offers a different experience with plenty of animals to see, activities to enjoy and places to eat, drink and play. All three parks are within a short drive from our parks, so during your stay with us why not venture into the wild!
Yes, you will be able to see incredible and diverse animals but what makes these wildlife parks extra special is, depending on the park, you will have the opportunity to help during animal feeding times, be taken on a safari or be sent back to a prehistoric age.
At Wingham Wildlife Park, you can now book a variety of different experiences which help support the animals as well as enhance your visit and bring you as close as possible to the animals. For example – meet the penguins and feed them their favourite fish or even hand-feed the tigers – accompanied by experienced keepers of course!
If you or your family are a fan of something exciting and new then look no further, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park has it all. Be transported in a safari car to the plains of Asia and Africa for an authentic safari experience and a unique family adventure, or try the new range of activities like archery, zorbing and guided fishing safari’s.
Howletts Wild Animal Park has the UK’s largest herd of African elephants, and more gorillas, tigers, leopards and monkeys than any other animal park in Kent.
If you are after a more relaxed day out with the family, Wingham Wildlife Park offers a variety of other activities, as well as the amazing animals of course, there are mini diggers and go-carts for the little ones, a soft play area, and beautiful picnic areas to have a bite and take time to relax after a hectic day.
