Residential Parks: Changing Times, Changing Needs

10.07.2014 - Residential Parks

The summer really has brought the best out in our residential parks in Kent, which are looking great thanks to our hard working park teams! Our residents have been making the most of the glorious weather too, tending their gardens and taking time for a tea break with their neighbours.

Woodlands Estate, near Canterbury, is currently having its old garages removed to make way for further residents parking. In addition, Applegarth Park, near Whitstable, also has a new car park under development on what was once a park home plot. Both have been necessary investments to keep up with the number of vehicles around today, a huge difference to when the parks first came into operation in the 1960’s and 1970’s! Thank you to all our residents for their co-operation whilst the work has been going on!

Hartridge Farm, our park near Maidstone, will be under new management towards the end of the summer so watch this space for the introduction of our new members of staff in a few weeks time!

For those of you who have ever considered park home living we currently have four new residential homes available, two on Applegarth Park and two on Hartridge Farm. Details can be found on our website, you can get in touch with our Keat Farm team or you can call our head office on 01227 374381 for further information.
