The Best British Static Caravan Parks Are In Kent

Keat Farm Parks has 3 static caravan parks in Kent, all in quiet, peaceful locations. We openly state there are no night clubs, swimming pools or amusement arcades; our parks simply offer somewhere to get away from it all.

Often referred to as holiday homes, a static caravan can give a lifetime of holiday freedom to share with your family and friends. You don’t have to plan and pack since you can leave your holiday home fully equipped, there’s no need to book and there are no unwelcome surprises on arrival. It’s your individual and private holiday home to use during the open season as and when you wish.

All 3 of our holiday parks are set within acres of green space and hold gold status in The David Bellamy Conservation Awards, so plenty of wildlife can be enjoyed.

Hawthorn Farm is in the village of Martin Mill near Dover and set in 27 acres. It has only 12 holiday caravans to the acre so provides owners with ample space to obtain maximum privacy. There is a well-stocked grocery shop and cafe on site and a country pub just a few minutes stroll away.

Quex Caravan Park, near Birchington, is undergoing a new extension to accommodate 90 extra holiday homes, with landscaped plots available for homes up to 40’ long and 12’ wide. There is a cafe and shop on site as well as various bug houses and nature signs to keep the kids amused.

Our third holiday park is Little Satmar at Capel-Le-Ferne, near Folkestone. It has been designed for holiday home owners and their families to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of town life. Extensive landscaping provides open spaces and garden areas that are maintained to the highest standard, with plots divided into small groupings and separated by hedging, giving owners both privacy and seclusion.

When you want to venture further afield Kent has so much to offer. It is often referred to as the ‘Garden of England’ and once you start exploring it for yourself it is easy to see why. An abundance of produce is grown throughout the county and you just need to head to one of the many pubs, restaurants or cafes to sample the local delicacies.

Kent is full of historic buildings, quaint villages, bustling towns, award winning beaches and plenty of outdoor activities. A perfect place to have your very own holiday home!
