We have three parks and they are all Top Rated Touring Parks in Kent – Hawthorn Farm in Martin Mill near Dover, Little Satmar near Folkstone (both convenient for Ferry Crossings) and Quex Caravan Park in Birchington near Thanet. All three parks have once again achieved Gold Status in the 2013/14 David Bellamy Conservation Awards.

Hawthorn Farm | Martin Mill near Dover | Open mid-Feb to mid-Dec (weather permitting)
Hawthorn Farm was the inaugural winner of the Hoverspeed “Welcome to Kent” Best Caravan Park Award. Hawthorn Farm Touring Park is situated in the pretty village of Martin Mill with quiet peaceful walks, a typical village pub and its own railway station, making it also ideal for the holiday home owner without his or her own transport. Hawthorn has a small shop and café for your convenience. Tents are welcome.

Little Satmar | near Folkestone | Open mid-Feb to mid-Dec (weather permitting)
Little Satmar is a quiet peaceful park covering an area of 10 acres. A short walk will take you to beautiful cliff top paths with splendid views across the English Channel, and sandy beaches below. Little Satmar is designed for owners and their families to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the bustle of suburban life. Extensive planting and landscaping provides open spaces and garden areas that are maintained to the highest standard. A park shop stocks most of your holiday requirements from LP Gas to groceries. Our reception office also doubles as an information centre for the many local attractions including trips to France. Tents are welcome
Quex Caravan Park | Birchington near Thanet | Open mid-Feb to mid-Dec (weather permitting)
Quex Caravan Park is only two miles from Minnis Bay, an ideal setting for your holiday home and excellent base from which to visit the East of Kent. Quex Caravan Park is picturesque, level and partly-wooded with a peaceful atmosphere. The lovely sandy beach at Minnis Bay is only two miles away, and the leisure and sporting activities at Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Sandwich are all within easy reach. The Touring Park features 42 pitches which are mainly grassed with electric hook-ups and within walking distance of the village of Birchington. On-site facilities include a laundry, toilet bloc, a shop, takeaway and café, and WiFi. Pets are allowed on site and there’s also a children’s play area.
