About Keat Farm

Located just 3 miles from Maidstone is the quiet and beautiful village of East Farleigh where you will find our residential park, Hartridge Farm.
The park comprises a mix of both single and twin unit homes over terraced grounds, many of which offer river views. As a resident of Hartridge Farm you can enjoy private access to the parks river frontage, a perfect spot to relax and catch up with your neighbours.
From the park you have access to river walks, in particular Maidstone River Park which is a 10km walk along the River Medway between Teston and Allington. Whilst on route you could stop off for a bite to eat and a well earned drink at the local pub.
There is a train station and bus stop close by the park entrance, if you want to go further afield into Maidstone town centre where there are a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.
With easy access to nearby historic houses & castles, along with backdrops of the beautiful countryside, there is always something new to see or do.

As a team, we strive to care for the park and its residents, working hard to maintain the park environment for all owners to enjoy. The staff are often about for a quick chat or to offer assistance.
Two of our parks, Applegarth Park in Whitstable and Woodlands Estate near Canterbury, permit one dog per home. Frost Farm we allow 1 pet per home, our other parks do not allow pets. These are part of the individual park rules.
After you have made your choice on the location, you may come and talk to our sales staff at the Head Office, located in Herne Bay, where we will be happy to discuss your requirements in further detail and assist you with the current homes available. If we have new homes for sale, we can arrange viewings and aid you through the whole buying process. However, should you decide on a pre-owned home, we can put you in contact with the current owners and supply all the relevant paperwork, and if needed, we can also assist you through the government paperwork.
To be a full licensed Residential park, it will be open for 12 months of the year and should be used as your main residence. Keat Farm own and operate 5 fully licensed Residential parks in Kent, Applegarth Park, Rowan Tree Park, Keat Farm Close, Woodlands Estate & Hartridge Farm.
