Rules

  • You must use the pitch allocated to you upon arrival/booking. Should you fail to arrive on
    your initial date without prior notification, the park reserve the right to reallocate your
    plot by noon the following day and your payment will be non-refundable.
  • Departure time is 12 noon. If you have alternative requirements please speak to a member of
    staff giving them as much notice as possible.
  • All friends and family visitors must register at reception.
  • Quiet must be observed between 10pm and 7am.
  • Children must be supervised at all times, especially when using park facilities.
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, etc, should not be ridden continuously around the park
    to the annoyance of other park users.
  • Ball games and other games are not allowed between the pitches or to the annoyance of
    others.
  • Flying equipment must not be used without prior permission.
  • No ATVS to be used on the park.
  • Please keep the park tidy and place all rubbish and recycling in the bins provided.
  • Barbecues are welcome, but must be raised off the ground. Fires, fire pits, Chinese lanterns
    or fireworks are not permitted.
  • Please keep your pet on its lead at all times and do not allow it to foul the park. Dogs
    must be exercised off the park grounds and must not be left unattended. Only one pet is
    allowed unless prior approval is granted.
  • We only allow clip on washing racks to be used on the park.
  • All vehicles must be driven carefully on the park and speed limits adhered to. In adverse
    weather conditions, or if advised by staff, vehicles must not be taken onto the grass. Other
    than authorised tradespeople, commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park.

Information

  • At Hawthorn Farm an entry card is essential after normal office hours, please ask at
    reception for more information.
  • Please note tents are not accepted at Quex Holiday Park.
  • Some of our parks have added security of CCTV and ANPR.
  • If in doubt about any aspect of the park on your visit, please ask the management.
  • For the enjoyment of all our guests your cooperation would be appreciated. Non-compliance
    may result in persons being asked to leave the park immediately and no refund will be given
